  2. Eligibility for Exchange
    Exchanges will be accepted only if:

    • The product has a mechanical fault.
    • The original purchase invoice is presented.
    • The exchange is requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition.
    • Exchanges will be made for the same item only.

  3. Non-Eligible Items

    • Products with physical damage are not eligible for exchange.
    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  4. Process for Exchange

  5. Inspection and Approval
    Once we receive the item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, an exchange will be processed, and we will notify you of the next steps.
